1. How long does the process take?

Your initial designs will be emailed to you in 3-5 business days. Revisions are delivered in 1-2 business days after receiving your revision request. We encourage you to take as much time as you need reviewing your designs so that you can provide us with useful feedback.

2. What is a logo design concept?

A logo design concept is a separate, unique image produced according to your completed creative brief. Sometimes, as a bonus, we may include variations of each unique concept.

3. What is a revision?

A revision is a change in font, color, and/or text/graphic arrangement. Requests outside of this definition, is a request for a new design, subject to an additional fee.

4. Are illustration-based designs the same as standard logo designs?

No. Illustrated designs require much more time than standard logo designs. If your project requires an illustrated approach, please contact us for a quote prior to placing your order.

5. What is your refund policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your initial logo designs, you may stop the project prior to the the first round of revisions and request a refund. Your account will be credited your package price less a $150 service and drafting fee, subject to our terms of service. After revisions have begun, refunds will no longer be available.

6. What file types will I receive?

Typically your graphic designer or printing company will need Adobe file types which include AI, EPS and PDF. You will also be supplied with PNG and JPEG images for use in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

7. What are vector files?

Vector files are created using mathematical calculations as opposed to pixels, allowing you to expand or contract the file while retaining its sharpness and resolution. Your final files will include vector files (AI, EPS, PDF). Simply forward these files to your web designer or printing company. NOTE: Adobe Illustrator is required to open vector files.

8. How will I receive my files?

When your project is finalized, your files will be emailed directly to you within 1-2 business days.

9. Who retains the rights to my finalized logo design?

When your project is completed, we will transfer all rights to your finalized design according to our terms of service.

How It Works

1. Choose a logo design package.

Choose the number of initial designs (either 4, 6, or 10) you would like to see based on your budget and business needs. Click here to view our logo design pricing page.

2. Complete our online creative brief.

After you choose a logo design package, we will ask you to fill out a simple creative brief to aid us in creating your initial designs.

3. Receive your initial designs in 3-5 business days.

After your custom logo designs are completed, we will e-mail your concepts to you. There is no need to create an account on our site. Feel free to forward the concepts to business associates, friends, or family to get their feedback.

4. Select ONE design from your initial concepts.

Once you have selected an initial design, if you need revisions, let us know and we will get to work on getting you a logo you will love! A revision is a change in font, color, and/or graphic/text arrangement.

5. Complete your project.

When you are satisfied with your final logo design, we will email the files to you in a ZIP folder. Your files will allow your web or print specialist to create your business graphics. Final files include:

  • AI (Adobe Illustrator)
  • EPS (Encapsulated Postscript)
  • PDF
  • PNG
  • JPEG

We recommend you backup a copy of your files securely, either on CD, external hard drive, or online data storage service.

If you have need of any additional file types not listed above, let us know and we will take care of everything.
