How long does it take to create my concepts?
We will have your initial concepts ready in 3 business days.
How many changes may I ask for with my logo?
This depends on the package. The Starter package has two redraw sessions and the Business Package has three redraw sessions. In each session we will provide a number of concepts based on the feedback you provided.
What if I don't like any of the initial designs?
You can ask for a refund of your money less a $75 service fee.
What kind of files do you provide of the final artwork?
We provide the original artwork in an Illustrator EPS file (vector artwork). We also provide other common formats such as JPG, TIF, BMP, and GIFs in both color and greyscale to make sure you have what you need.
What rights do I retain with the logo?
You retain all rights to final artwork created for your company.
Is all work conducted via the web?
We present artwork and collect information via the web, but you are welcome to contact us anytime to discuss your project.
