Keep Your Logo Design Simple
The best logo design is a simple logo design. Whatever your idea is for your logo, reduce it down the most simple and recognizable form.
I have designed logos for clients that want every possible aspect related to their company crammed into their logo. The end result is a logo collage that is hardly recognizable on a glance. If you take a look at some of the major companies out there you’ll see that their logos are really simple. In fact, I bet most people could tell me what the Nike logo is without even looking at it.
Remember too many details, combining too many ideas or trying to cover everything related to your business and trying to cram it into your logo is not a good idea. It will make it harder to brand, more difficult to print and embroider on promotional items, and will make it more difficult to recognize at a glance.
